Pa artesà del Forn dels Garrofers a Barcelona
El forn dels Garrofers existeix des de mitjans de segle passat i conserva un forn Ferrer Mateu original de pedra de 6 metres de diàmetre que el fa únic a Barcelona. Sobre aquesta pedra i de manera rudimentària amb ajuda d’una pala de fusta és on es cou tot el pa i les pastes que elaborem diàriament seguint la tradició familiar de tres generacions.
